St. Patrick’s Day #FridayPhilosophy

Well, we’ve come to the singular day of the year in which everyone becomes Irish, no matter their background. In light of this celebration of the land of green, here are some decidedly Irish proverbs and quotes:

“A kind word never broke anyone’s mouth.”

“The older the fiddle the sweeter the tune.”

“Don’t be breaking your shin on a stool that’s not in your way.”

“What butter and whiskey won’t cure, there is no cure for.”

“May you be at the gates of heaven an hour before the devil knows you’re dead!”

“However long the day, the evening will come.”

Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Blessings to you all!
