It’s a New Year! According to one of my dear friends, we are in a Leap Year, so we have 366 days to accomplish what we would have only had 365 days to do. For those of us who often wish for extra hours within a day, or simply extra time – TA DA! 🙂
For this first day of this new year, I want us to reflect on renewal. It seems the time for it.
“Take a course in good water and air; and in the eternal youth of Nature you may renew your own. Go quietly, alone; no harm will befall you.” ~ John Muir
“And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer.” ~ F. Scott Fitzgerald
“Be willing to shed some old habits. Erase what has gone on before. Take risks. Let go! Clear the deck! Jump right into the water!” ~ Mary Todd Beam
“In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.” ~ Buddha
“And only weaklings…who lack courage and the power to feel they’re right when the whole world says they’re wrong, ever lose.” ~ Zelda Fitzgerald
Happy 2016 and blessings to you all in everything you do. No matter what, never give up!
