Who can you trust? When it comes to plotlines, never, ever, ever trust the character who says “trust me.”

If you listen to our politicians, you can’t trust anyone, especially not anyone “other.” Guess what? We are all that “other.” Trust yourself first. Then widen the circle.

Trust involves risk, or Brene Brown’s famous vulnerability if you prefer, but offers huge reward. Or, you know, the devastation known as a learning experience. 🙂

What of trust? What does it involve? How does it feel? And, can we still judge the hell out of those we trust? (That’s a trick question there, at the end.)

Trust yourself, and then extend. Trust leads to love, and love, as John Lennon told us, is the answer. Always.
