A siesta has to be one of the most civilized concepts of all time, in my opinion.  🙂  I have become a huge fan of everything slamming to a halt mid-afternoon in order for all of us to take a nap.  Everything feels better after a snooze, it really does.

Gearing up for surgery again, still riding this crazy wave of mine.  Minor surgery, thank goodness — I don’t even have to fall under the spell of general anesthetic this time.  Of course, my poor body will have to “detox” all over again after this one.  Oy!  That’s what tea is for these days: flushing my poor liver that has withstood the test of chemo and anesthetic and the whole nine yards.

These past two weeks have been one heck of an uphill battle.  I’m learning all new things about this body of mine.  Still, all in all, I have to say I am grateful for where I am – physically, spiritually, emotionally.

Go out and have an extraordinary day, be your amazing selves, all of you…  More to come later.

Blessings to you all…
