There is no pattern
to the silent years
no catchy tune
to commemorate time
but a dragon sleeps
banking its fire
until the appointed day

are not peace
instead suppression
of voice
and objection
but the dragon sleeps
so the corrupt rise
false cream
poisoning the cup
The dragon sleeps
but not for long
fire will return
to cleanse what is false
and none shall be free
until every voice is heard
