Friday Philosophy on Resilience…

I’ve been watching a lot of people going through major life shifts over the past few weeks. Many are dealing with loss, unexpected changes, and growing pains. All require coping skills, comfort, perspective.

I thought I’d share some quotes on resilience today, along with love and light for everyone struggling.

“If you aren’t in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?” ~ T.S. Eliot

“Man is not made for defeat.” ~ Ernest Hemingway

“No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear.” ~ C.S. Lewis

“There is nothing as sweet as a comeback, when you are down and out, about to lose, and out of time.” ~ Anne Lamott

“Blessed are the hearts than can bend. They shall never be broken.” ~ Albert Camus

Blessings to you all, and never give up!
