This household has been so busy lately, I’m starting to feel like we are a four person rat race all on our own.
It’s frustrating.
We went for a walk this evening and I was thinking about it. Sometimes it seems awfully easy to forget to be thankful for what we have. The world is full of distractions, that can knock us off our path.
So, some quick thoughts on frustration, before I sign off for the night.
“Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning up to do afterward.” ~ Kurt Vonnegut
“Hope fills the holes of my frustration in my heart.” ~ Emmanuel Cleaver
“I mean, I have moments of huge frustration because of my inability to express myself linguistically as clearly as I would like to.” ~ David Gilmour
Sweet dreams, and blessings to you all…
I love this… “Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning up to do afterward.” ~ Kurt Vonnegut
…but then. .. I think Vonnegut is a genius.
Agreed! 🙂
