Friday Philosophy from the Office…

I’m extremely fortunate that I can drag my laptop to work with me and multitask. It seems that half of all phone calls I make entail being on hold for at least 10 minutes, so I’m happier being able to do my own thing at the same time.

I’ve been having conversations about self-doubt this week. I think it’s fairly common to have that little voice telling you that you can’t do things. My mother heard that phrase often enough in her life that her license plate for years was the phrase “yes I can” in French. 🙂

So, today’s Friday Philosophy is all about can and cannot. I’ll begin with the most well known quote:

“Whether you think you can, or think you can’t – you’re right.” ~ Henry Ford

“I can accept at failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” ~ Michael Jordan

“Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can?” ~ Sun Tzu

“A champion is someone who gets up, even when he can’t.” ~ Jack Dempsey

Happy Friday! Blessings to you all, and, as always: NEVER GIVE UP!
