Friday Philosophy – Looking a lot like Christmas!

I’m feeling festive today. Mind you, I had a bit of a rocky morning. Haha. In fact Lara and Maddie might find the idea of me feeling festive right now to be a total shock. Moses knows the truth. He had his Christmas performance at school this morning, and it was so much fun.

They even sang one of my very favorite tunes: “I want a hippopotamus for Christmas.” (I hope that is running through your mind now, like it is for me. Haha.)

Your quotes today may be a bit lighthearted, to go with my mood.

“Optimism: That effervescent, blindingly- bright, perky, chipper, twittering quality you want to squash out of annoying people.” ~ Richelle E. Goodrich (I’m usually the one people would want to squash.)

“A light heart can carry the most weight.” ~ Marty Rubin

“If people never did silly things nothing intelligent would ever get done.” ~ Ludwig Wittgenstein

“Mix a little foolishness with your serious plans. It is lovely to be silly at the right moment.” ~ Horace

Blessings and silliness to you all! Never give up…
