Tuesday Thoughts from the Flu Ward…

They are dropping like flies over here! I’ve two on cold and sore throat remedies, one with a headache, and…me. (Knocks on noggin, as wood is not within arm’s reach.) Nervewracking in one way, but then again I am absolutely NOT getting sick right around Christmas. Nope. Not part of the Christmas message at all.

It’s a full moon here tonight, and not as cold as it has been. Some motivational thoughts for today:

“Leap and the net will appear.” ~ John Burroughs

“The best way to predict the future is to invent it.” ~ Alan Kay

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” ~ Wayne Gretzky (I’m sure I’ve shared this one before, but it’s definitely a keeper.)

“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.” ~ Henry David Thoreau

“Dreams are necessary to life.” ~ Anais Nin
