If I were my dad, that sentence would end with the words “people screw it up.”
Although I state it the same way a great deal of the time, I’m enjoying some simplicity. A busy work week, rising daily to run at 5:00 a.m., taking the family ice skating today since it’s still spring break.
It’s simple, and perfect.
Health makes everything more enjoyable.
Including the daily routine.
