New Projects and Ongoing Works…

Health and fitness are fun for me. The fun is even greater when I can throw the health and fitness information into my writing. Sometimes, it’s just a matter of the mental attitude necessary to health, other times it is more specific. A few months ago, I put together a gluten-free guide for my mom, and she has been thrilled with it. She feels better, has greater energy, and loves it. She’s going with moderation, so if she really wants a slice of french bread with dinner once in a while, she goes for it.

I’m finalizing two other simple guides – one for foods that reduce inflammation, and another for recommendations for Type II Diabetics. When I first became a trainer, I didn’t realize how the specialized style of the fitness center that had hired me would prepare me so well for what was ahead. I worked with special populations, most especially women with fibromyalgia. That’s the next guide, I suppose: everything there is to know about making Fibro manageable.

I’ve also continued to publish articles on Yahoo, and so I’m sharing the latest link:

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! Here’s hoping a spring thaw will soon be underway for those of you suffering through this harsh winter.

Blessings…
